Aluminum Intake Manifold

I made a Custom Intake for my CT 240 cylinder.
The carb side has a 41mm ID and 48mm OD.
The cylinder side is ported to match my Delta V-Force 3 Reed Cage.

2 pieces welded, sanded, ported then polished.

Nothing he does is cnc,, It is all skilled welding and sanding and polishing. Haven't you learned that by now!!? lol..

Is that aluminum or SS ?

My Aluminum intake VS stock 250r intake.
Delta V-Force 3 Reed Cage VS stock 250r Reed Cage.

I got some 48mm ID Silicone Hose for a 38mm pwk and 41mm ID Silicone Hose for a 35mm pwk

Ported to match my Delta V-Force 3 Reed Cage

38mm pwk and 35mm pwk.

35mm pwk!
