Was that measured front/back or side/side?
No matter, it won't clean up for a 67.5 piston.
Will need 67.75 (if avail) or 68mm

Not a fan of Namura, you get what ya pay for

If you get the gaskets, toss the green paper base gasket in the trash and replace it with a Cometic or OEM gasket.

The paper ones are very prone to leaking.

I am a fan of Namura, good value for money in my opinion.

thanks for the info I ordered the namura kit and got a cometic gasket , hopefully the swap will go with no problems , also have to do the rear breaks fix (its a 2002 blaster ) and look into oil pump bypass , quad does not have a oil tank in the back but does not have a block off kit

never bored a cylinder myself lol
only thing i could suggest is..you could measure the ring end gap/which is advised to do regardless

I'll debate the gasket idea. Searched this forum and only found two, possibly three issues. Google searched "green gaskets" and only found one vague reference on one other forum.
