Many of you all have found out that stock a arms do not have replaceable ball joints. If you have stock a arms and need upper ball joints here is a link below it is to synder motorsports they sell replaceable ball joints for aftermarket a arms however they can be used on the stock a arms the only modification that needs to be done is to cut the ends off the a arms and weld a piece of dom tubing on the a arm. this is the same as the lower a arms.

here is the upper ball joints:https://p.secure.hostingprod.com/@w...et/ssl/shop/index.php?categoryID=105&offset=8

you can also google yamaha blaster upper ball joints and click on images and its the 1st picture.

here is the modifications needed to install the ball joints:

good for ppl with fab skills that want cheap way to replace stock joints... honestly tho, looks like way too much work lol way easier hittin the BUY IT NOW button on some aftermarket sets.

Even if i knew the welds were good, i wouldnt want to do this to stock arms. might as well upgrade.

$32 a piece thats $128 in the end. cheap albas are 220?

Plus factor in material and time to machine the bungs (if you have a lathe)
If it weren't for the pinch bolt, uppers would be easy, YFZ 450 joints, lowers would be little more work, there again IF you had acess to machines. Bore out old joint, machine for depth for snap ring.

Biggest thing I thought about that "mod" is you would have to be 110% confident of your weld ability.
