HI JUST GOT A NEW CARB 28MM OKO PUT A 48 PILOT AND 150 MAIN IN IT MY MODS AR DMC ALIEN EXHAUST BOYSEIN REEDS NO TOIL AIR FILTER AIR BOX LID OFF POLISHED EXHAUST PORT.
(1}PILOT IS FASTEST A HALF TURN OUT DO I GO UP A SIZE OR DOWN.
(2)WOT IS VERY SPLUTERY WOULD THIS BE THE NEADLE OR THE JET

Float levels can upset jetting, I could pay to check!

If the level is correct, then.

Up one size on pilot, it needs some more fuel.

WOT is controlled by the main jet, but DMC Alien systems love a richer needle setting, recommended bottom slot with a stock needle in a 26mm carby.

The later editions of the 30mm OKO carbs have proven to be a headache to jet.

As an experiment, lift the needle one slot richer to see if it improves.

You could too try pulling the choke out at the rev it sputters, if it improves then you are lean on jet, if it gets worse , too rich.

will do that tomorow did the plug chop in my garage didnt go to well quad went threw the back of it with me on it, hit wall behind it and stoped i carryed on into rose bushes wife is still laughing lol quad is fine thank god

Presuming fuel flow is good (vent/petcock).
Very rough conversion of Mikuni/Kehien is 2x on main, 1/2x on pilot. So your jetting now is about equal to 300m and 25p.
This will give you rough idea where you are at now.

Kind of funny in ways, OKO is knock-off of Kehien, there are now knock-offs of OKO's.
As mentioned, the quality of OKO's seems to have slipped since they were first introduced.
