HI NEVER USED THIS FORAM BEFORE SO HELLO TO ALL I NEAD HELP WITH JETTING HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY BLASTER ALL SUMMER FITTING NEW PARTS.DMC ALIEN EXHAUST,BOYSEIN REEDS,UNI FILTER,32/1 OIL MIX,OIL PUMP REMOVED EXHAUST PORT POLISHED TORS REMOVED NEAD TO KNOW WHAT JET SIZE TO START WITH AND I LIVE IN SCOTLAND ALTITUDE IS SEA LEVEL PLEASE HELP SO I CAN GET IT SORTED AND ENJOY REST OV SUMMER ON MY BLASTER EXHAUST WAS POLISHED ONLY NOT PORTED DID IT MY SELF THANKS KEN,OCONNER VIDS ARE GREAT
 
Set the float level to 20-21.5 mm, put the the need clip on the richest setting, air screw 1.5 turns out from lightly seated. Adjust it to get the highest idle.

For main jets, I'd start at 310, and work down. Get 310, 300,290,280 mains.

Do plug chops until you find the right colored smoke ring on the insulator.

This is how I put pics up:

Create Photobucket account (free)
upload pics to photobucket
once uploaded go to the pic, on the right you will see a bunch of urls. Click the url that says "IMG" it will automatically copy the url and you will see a yellow box pop up saying "copied" then come here, paste in the box and BOOM! all done.

Make sure your pics are less than 21.5 MB, ......bottom right of screen upload a file button, follow instructions.

thanks i will give it a try is that you falling off your blaster it ure profile pic lol
 
have you just bought this exhaust ???? try meredith motocross in bristol 01179714873 has ordered me blaster stuff before or fowlers of bristol is a yamaha dealer may be able to help
