Look here on setting toe-in and whatever else you may need http://www.blasterforum.com/threads/downloadable-yamaha-blaster-manual.17325/
The fluid is for the whole bottom end, goes in near the kicker. 650ml no more no less. Leak test is the most important thing to do for ypur quad and must be done before fine tuning the carb. Don't by jet kits by the individuals, if you by a kit the jetting advice here is pretty much worthless and get a rebuild kit if need be.

The ends of the tie rods, where the ball joint screws into is adjustable.

By loosening the lock nut the rod can be made longer/shorter by revolving the tie rod.

Adjust both sides equally to keep the handlebars in the straight ahead position.

just to let you guys know i took the bike down to nothing today, it's just a frame with nothing on it. the engine in now at the shop getting a leak down test and new seals if needed. the carb is also getting overhauled. she should be back and better then ever soon. thank you for everything.

Nice man. It's good to see you took the effort to get things right. You will really enjoy it when you get it back, these are fun little quads..

So i got the engine back and all leaks where fixed. So i put the bike together and was ripping around and everything seemed fine. Then i parked it and went back to start it up and it wouldn't fire. so i checked to see if it had spark and there isn't any. is my coil bad or what?.
