Yup, it’s true. I feel sadness in my heart to inform you that KOR in Brooklyn, CT is closing the doors forever. The good news is, I’m moving the entire shooting match to a new location in Killingly, CT that’s about five times bigger with a 110 square mile gravel pit and sand banks in the back of the shop. The move will shut the shop down for about 1 week. I’ll be back up and running in the new place by the 1st of November. Don't worry if you have a job in the shop. You won't even feel the move. I'm organized like that. Pics to come when I’m finished with the move. Thanks for all of your support over the past few years guys. All of you helped me make this happen.

bigger, better, stronger, faster :)

if i wasn't so damn swamped with work, i'd shoot up to help with the move :(

Wow Ken, that is very tempting to organise a trip to Brooklyn and offer my services as a test rider.

Congratulations on your expansion.

I would love to help move. actually i would be willing to sweep the floors or do any work for you. just to have experience would be awesome

I'm not closed and have no intention of doing so for longer than a weekend. I'm still working out of the old shop during the day and playing carpenter / electrician at night. I scored a nice Worthington AD compressor on Friday for free. Tarmo and I worked on it Saturday. It needs new valves (leaking out of the intake) and a pressure switch. All of the parts are still available. The sheetrock and steel studs are being delivered today. Picked up all of the supplies to run some additional power to the new "clean room". The shop has 3 sections. One room is 30' x 55' and has a car lift, tire changing machine and balancer. I'm building a wall so the "clean room" will be 30' X 18'. I'll use the new room for engine assemblies, flow testing, boring, and crankshaft rebuilds. All of the other machines will go on the other side of the wall.
