It is .
It's a 2003 ltz 400 and its all stock , female / wife ridden only .. Garage kept, has all original sales paperwork and info and even the tool pouch with all the original tools was there ..
the only thing that has been changed is it has a K&N air filter with the airbox lid removed but it has not been jetted and has the original exhaust.
should I rejet this and what size jet should I move to

I wouldn't say his fan is blown yet. He might of not ridden it enough for it to turn on. Let the bike idle for 10 mins and ride it for a little, that should make the motor warm enough for the fan to turn on.

I say find out what temp the fan should come on at get a heat gun and go from there

So I found a wire plug that was not pushed in all the way and now the fan works fine ..
I also found 5 or 6 holes in the vacuum line to the gas valve and the air mixture was 4 1/2 turns out instead of 2 turns out which I changed to 2
