So what shocks were on it that made it handle terrible? The Stock ones? Seems like I see alot of guys riding the tracks here with stockers on their 400ex's and 450's and they do ok.

How much do you weigh? You know you can get the stock shocks revalved and setup for your weight and riding style.

He was using the custom axis on the pic, and they were valved for him, but i guess they dont work for how he rides.

I'm a bit skeptical that different front shocks will take you from zero to hero, but whatever. I'll stay tuned for some vids hopefully. Sounds like maybe you just need more seat time to get used to the bike before you start throwing money and parts at it.

whats done to the motor on the 450r

i have a 2005 blaster.
artermarket parts are
handle bars
tires
grips
front plastics
DG full system pipe
moose racing air filer
rev box
bar pad
nerf bars
front bumper
shock covers
and alot of hours cleaning it and doing little things to it
not much into it but its Yamaha so of course its fast.

lol.... you have no clue how bad it actually was...

if that was the way the quad was made to handle, then nobody would ride one..

it needed new shocks... trust me lol

well, it has a high comp piston, ported, HRC cam, 43mm FCR carb and some other stuff, but I forgot...lol
