just managed to have a look at the quad today atfer haveing a good luck at the clutch there was no problems so i moved on to the flywheel side upon opening i found that the flywheel nut was all the way to the end so i took off cleaned then reallined the woodruff key then tightend the nut up wid...

I would give it a go the difference its make is crazy

if it helps when u even kick it light u can fell thru the kick an the frame the almitey knock its makeing

well yes i have recently done a port an polish job which went very well no problems watsoever and afta about an hours riding if i remember write i was taking off then that noise happend all of a sudden
