Nope it’s all mild steel just had some scraps laying around the shop so I used of it the diamond plate is just 3/16” and the square tube is 1 1/2” x 1/8” capped off with some 10ga. It’s def heavier than most but not to bad

anyone by chance know the size of the fuel line on a 2002 400ex or suggestion what size i should use with a 39mm carb

brand new carb valves are good according to the honda shop here

oh and the carb is a Keihin FCR 39mm

i tried jetting up the old carb turned out i was paying close attention and the butterfly wasnt in the stock carb who ever had it before me removed it and the parts to fix arent available....so i just went with a bigger carb i know not nreally needed but comeon im a guy yall know what i mean lol...

ok so recently had a new bore done on my 400ex and i put in a bigger carb. now the only thing is once i get it under load for a minute or so it bogs out and dies even if i pull in the clutch and rev it a bit. but i give it 30 seconds it starts right back up no problem just to repeat the process...

stock jets...and running white brothers e series slip-on and K&N filter no lid

i havnt how do i on these carbs?

ive got a 2002 400ex if i maintain either 1/4 throttle or full its fine but in between its spits and sputters and cuts out REALLY bad...got a new spark plug and just cleaned the carb...dont know where else to look...suggestions please?
