I doubt that the pipe is the issue. Sounds more to me like the jetting and carb. What is the air box like and what carb.

The LRD is a so so pipe and I do not have any flanges for the F7 that I can sell separate at the moment.

Better pipe you need more air to pass thru and with that increase of air you will need more fuel.
