I knew the strength of it would be brought up. I was waiting to see what everybody had to say. I used 5/16" wall tube and turned the ends back on the lathe. so my extensions actally all engage (pretty tightly) into the factory tubing by about 3/8" at every joint. being that it's not just butt...

Just figured I'd post a pic of my A arms and new shock set up. I got one side done and it turned out pretty good. just have to make new tie rods still.
