How well did that paint hold up for you? I bought some metallic flaked dupli-color and it all chipped off the first ride through mud and cleaned

Just screw the cap back on the wires all the wires just need to touch the metal screw in the cap. To secure a nice fit I would take some wire snips and cut the wire about a half inch down and then screw it on. If your cap has the metal piece coming out then you need a new cap which is only like $10.

If you own a 03 or older and you are not getting a spark. I would recommend bypassing your TORS and then testing your spark.

I would most definitely disconnect the TORS If it is a 03 or older follow this video

You should have cut a black and yellow wire and eliminated the switch in the throttle to bypass the TORS. As for the cylinder head being stuck, you need to rebuild the engine at that point most likely :(
