My blaster is starting now, it was the charge coil, now it starts first kick!

I have a 2005 blaster. compression is at 120. It won't start with the kick start. I pulled it with my Jeep and it started up, and ran great, and idles good, if I turn it off, then immediately kick start it, it starts first kick, but if I wait for more than 5 minutes it won't kick start again.
