I would take the top off and inspect everything. But I would definently fix it up. The 200s didn't have the best motors to start with, but its still worth it. Or find a pull rope atc 200 motor and put that in there. I've seen lots of people do that. Be slower but more reliable.

And remember....more oil in the fuel does not make it richer, so jet accordingly!

Its bored 40 over because it needed a rebuild. Could have been seized, scored, etc. Don't worry, this is normal. The blaster doesn't have a plated cylinder so bores are cheap. I will probably preventably do a top end in the spring...by an oversized piston and send it to my local Napa...

I did mine the first day I had it. I like the extra width...but we will see what negative long term effects arise from the added stress. Bearings are cheap....so as long as it doesn't hurt the spindles or anything .

They are the Kenda kutter mx...about $75 plus shipping a pair on ebay. About 100 total. Any reason why I shouldn't get them? Im worried about switching them, but hopefully they won't be any more difficult than the stock size.

Just an fyi...Vitos has some dual stage one for like $19.99 right now on their website. Someone told me they were as good as the boyesons......but I don't have any experience with them.

No re-jet for boring. Read up on doing a "plug chop" good way to tell if your jetting is on. And stop worrying about it, lots of people ride these for years and never have a problem. And if you do, entire top end rebuild kits are $200on on ebay and anyone with a manual should be able to do it...

Sluggish...besides cable adjustment I don't see how it could make a difference. Probably feels more controllable now and makes it seem slower
