when you did your rebuild did you crack the case, or do anything with the bottom end?, you might have dropped something down in the motor while doing the rebuild.?

nope, where on your side case.. on the clutch side i think it is there are 2 holes with rubber plugs in them... ment for radiator hoses. you can convert it into a liquid cooled.. you use a head off a dt200.. or use buy this thing Yamaha Blaster High Performance Liquid Cooling Kit

fmf's are pee oh oh pee ---poop!!! Most poopiest exhaust ever made. Sounds like turds coming out of a turd stroke.

dose anyone have one of those old liquid cooled blaster heads on here?

make sure all your wires are connected you might have knocked one loose putting the plastics back on?.. especially the wires coming off of the motor. if one of those ant matched up to the right color it wont started, it happened to me after my rebuild.. lol

i did my whole topend with out boreing it out for 130 with a top end gasket kit, and wiseco piston and rings and what not

accually one of my exahust springs broke a while back and it was spittin a lil black... but i fixed it now.

do you have your airbox lid on?

easy.. if your new to it.. take it to your local shop or what ever.. atv place.. ask them if you need to bore it out. i just rebuilt mine, took me 2 hours not hard

haha. i dont ride at night. somtimes i will and ill just fallow somone with a light.
