Compression didnt change still about 60 psi, so with my symptoms (white smoke, loss of power, tapping in the motor. ?

Ok will check again tomorrow but since i'm barely getting 60 psi now could I expect to get 120+ with throttle wide open? If not im back to square one to what my symptoms are currently.

No I did not touch the throttle. Should I? Would it make that much of a difference?

I just picked up a 04 Blaster and the guy said it needed a new head. Well just for sh*ts I went ahead and tested the compression. I kicked it 4-5 times and barely got 60 psi, i then put the plug back in and kicked it over, it started but heard a tapping in the motor, an then saw white smoke...
