    New from missouri

Not sure if you have figured it out yet, but I have fixed 2 diff Blasters with sheared woodruff keys and 2 with bad coils. Looks like I'm just west of you.

    Gas mileage

I know I can def get 28-30 miles in a XC race. Been racing my YFZ so can't remember how much was left after. Think it was closer to reserve. I know I use a bit more gas than our Blaster with a pipe and no lid though.

    Modify Burgard A-Arms

dksix you may not have Burgard arms. I've had a set from 98/99 that I ran drum spindles like almost everbody on the forums back then and I switched over to 03 Blaster spindles/brakes in 04/05 and only had to ream the lower spindle ball joint hole.

    Chromemolly Blaster A- Arm Kit

You prob don't need that little pinch adapter anyway. You use the pinch bolt to just tighten the gap and the nut on the end of the ball joint to hold it in. You don't just use the pinch bolt. May be wrong since I'm sure I've forgot some stuff over the years, but I don't remember any arm that...

    +2 and forward +1 Anti-Vibe steering stem!

I don't think that hole is meant for a key. I thought the 4 holes are meant to bolt a kill switch onto it.

I could use some outside opinions

My mods aren't showing up at the bottom. About the only thing stock on my blaster is the seat, plastic, stem, bottom end, and hubs. Have arms, shocks, swingarm, axle, p&p, head work, right bend, intake/carb, stainless lines, stabilizer, and more odds and ends. It definitely handles better, stops...

I could use some outside opinions

I have had my Blaster for 11 years and after 1 full year of racing my YFZ I'm ready to get rid of the Blaster. Have had Blasters only since 99/2000. I don't agree with you can only go so fast in the trails with a Blaster vs. a 450. I raced XC on my Blaster against 450s-up and did OK, but not as...

    Bastard rear brakes

This is prob the cheapest and easiest option. Buy a block off that looks like this on the back. Cut one of the ends off enough to clear the mount, but so the o-ring seals still. I would put a very light coat of silicone on there also to make sure its sealed. Make sure the hole is small. Don't...

    extended swingarm

I wouldn't run that yet. The chain guide mount needs to be cut off and moved back. I don't think you'll be able to run one that far up. I would also have him gusset the front top(in pic), front bottom, and rear tube under the shock mount. I have cracked a stock swing arm in both those spots...

How can I make my clutch pull much softer? Or new one?

I wouldn't recommend the $19 ez pulls. I have had 2 brake at the perch. I would spend the extra. I pull the cable and clean it with brake cleaner to get the grime out before I re lube them.

    Bastard rear brakes

Its prob going to freeze back up if you don't put a block off plate on there.

Blaster Hydro Rear brakes(not typical Question)

I have ran a floating 03 caliper on a floating 02 style axle since 05 with no problems. I am on my third set of pads. The first 2 sets wore even. I run the lighter 03 disc and smaller lighter 02 style hub.

    Rad carrier

"That link I posted is a rad carrier. Name another company that makes an aftermarket aluminum carrier!!! " Look up above your last post. There have been others in the past who have made them. Like I said I can't remember what company made them, but I know for a fact RAD has not been the only...
