Ihave been, it's never run right even with a new stock needle and pilot jet.It runs great with a 260 main an the needle in the third position. the piece the needle goes in was stuck up about 3/16th's of an inch into the carb throat,but it should be flush. Does the washer go on top of the plastic...

no its never had a washer on the main jet, just a plastic splash guard i think it is.

Have had my blaster about a year now.Have never been able to get it to run just right. it's always had a flat spot or stumble somewhere.It had an aftermarket carb kit in so i got a stock carb kit and jets 230-290 for it.got it running great now but may have found the problem, the needle seat...

gosh thats a lot of jet changes. temp changes of 25-30c through the day are normal here.

I run a vitos needle on my blaster setup like yours with a 68mm wisco and always seem rich in the midrange. have a stock carb kit and am going to try a stock needle. the stock needle is a lot thicker at the bottom. Irun the vitos needle on the top notch but was still rich.

That's what mine acted like when the oil line came offof the pump. It screwed the piston and rings.I had a Vitos and now have a 67mm wiseco in a stock topend. dad said the piston looked like a powersaw engine with an air leak,and burned out the piston

Dad&i made the grab bar ,also made a rack that bolt to it with 4bolts. Made a leakdown tester to. next is skidplates out of signs we found. Got about 18" of snow last weekend so its not as much fun now

Iuse about 3tanks of gas to a tank of oil until the oil line came off of the pump. had a new vitos in it when i got it.looks like was streached or something on the pump because it was lose when i put it back on,no clamps or anything holds the on. don't have it now.

the pic was from christmas day when i got it. It had a vito's 240 in it . oil line came off the pump,you know the rest.picked up a whole engine that needed a rebuild for 60 bucks. Now it has a wiseco 67mm. trying to talk dad into sending my vitos to ken for some work ,bore still good piston not...

Nice bike bronco, thats what i'm looking for . my bike will go about 5hrs on a tank now. should it go more or is that about right.

need to carry tent and other gear for 2-3 day trips .Already figured i'd need to carry a gallon gas can as well. looking at 200-250 kmswith no gas stops. how far will a blaster go on a tank. Mom&dad have sport bikes and are getting dualsports so the 3 of us can go biking.

Going to be doing alot of camping trips this summer to the back county this summer. Gas is going to be a problem. Does anyone run a bigger tank like on ebay. wondering how they work and look? any pics of a bike with one.

I took the oil injection off of my quad today. Something dad said was that the system was made to mix 32to1 with a stock engine.When you started modifying the engine wiht bigger pistons, jets and stuff, it coudn't supply enough oil to mix right causing the engine to run lean. Could this be some...
