Hi guy just ordered my fmf for my 1990 blaster.
Now I need to know will a 280 jet be ok and do I have to move the needle in the carb.thanks

Elevation? temperature? Location?

Any other mods done to the bike.

Na just getting fmf exhaust I'm from the south of England

Leave the needle in the middle clip.

If you are only fitting the pipe a 260 may be big enough.

Plug chop the 280 to see if it is to big.

You will have to re set the idle speed.
