I don"t know???????
Im converting to a Dual Bearing Chain Roller. like this>>> Chain Roller YFZ 450 Raptor 700 YFM 700 YTZ 250 34mm CR02 34 | eBay

Stock on left, Dual Bearing on right.

My weapons of choice to do the job.

Stock rollers.

The roller is off and this is the shaft that has to be removed.

Most of it is removed.

Im using a 1/2 flat washer and sanding the shaft flat until i hit the washer.

The new Dual Bearing Chain Roller.

Use the nut to lock it in good.

Nice work dude. Did the same thing on my Yamaha warrior when I had it. Might do it on my blaster as the lower one has started to wear.

My quad didn't come with the stock rollers on it, just the pegs on the frame. I'd like to convert to the ball bearing rollers like you've done. Do I just need to make sure it's a 34mm roller? Can someone point me to a roller that will work for me? Thanks!

Just finished my conversion!
I am now seeing I missed the "Add washer and sand until you hit the washer" part. So it's flush.
