I have a pro circiut slip on. I wanted to put a toomey head on it. I was told that its not a good idea ti mix them up. I do not wanna get a another slip on. How do you feel about pro circ header pipe?

cheers for the links, only manged to properly read the 2nd link, will try the first one when i got a little more time. Easy

So has anyone tried changing there I/d on the fatty yet ?
I'm thinking a pipe inside the fatty outlet will act like a stinger ? Idk
Frickin awesome ???
It's a must read on any pipe !!

Oh maybe this is to much ,, but with all the carbon I found after porting in exaust port
Makes me think how much is in fatty pipe ?
Has anyone cleaned the inside ??
If so with what ??

to clean the pipe, just let it soak in some type of cleaner then run like kerosene through it to wash everything out. the spray it with an air hose.

a consideration when experimenting with cleaning a used pipe is to refrain from abrasive blasting the internals as carbon buildup may trap sand particles and release them at the wrong time like during the back pulse into the cylinder. a dip in a "hot tank' may be a thought but will all but destroy a chromed external finish. what about foaming oven cleaner or amsoil powerfoam? hmmm.

i have never cleaned my fmf, but when i bought my blaster it came with a fmf exhaust. when i took the exhaust off, i tipped it over and a bunch of gas came out. i tapped it on my fence to get it all out and chunks of carbon build up started coming out. so about 8 ounces later, i could look in there and not see anymore. so
