You should post where the VIN is located so people that don't know, or don't have a book, can find out where to look.

what if its so scratched you cant read it, it almost looks filed, how do i figure it out then? i know its a 99 but how would i go about looking it up if i didnt know?

right with tryingtobefaster,,, I bought my 2000 new and painted the frame many years ago and have long since lost track of any paper pertaining to it. I prepped the frame good and the numbers were only painted on soooo..... can you go buy the vin off of the motor or.....????? back when I road it I knew them and had no trouble from "THE MAN" about that, but I dont know what they will say now if i get it impounded.

Thats not good it may be stolen. I would try and find some history on your machine if you can.

Mine seems to be like lazer etched into the frame not painted on. But sorry i cant help ya out.

it probably was stolen but i got from a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy know what i mean and i got a bill of sale to cover me, but i think its just bean beat off over the years, thre seems to be a 6 i can read but thats it. it was a mutt when i got it and i tore it down to nothing and started over with a blown motor, but how would i find out? any other suggestions?

As long as ya got a bill of sale.... Idk maybe gust go by your graphics style if you have stock ones

How many digits total? Mine looks like the first one or two may be missing. Is there a particular digit that is always there? ie One that means Blaster?
